Who can enroll as a student?

We welcome all practicing Christians who wish to be better equipped in their caregiving ministries.

What programs do you offer?

We offer a 66-credit Diploma Program in Christian People-Helping Ministry. 

 

Is your programme accredited?

No, there is no official educational accreditation as of yet.

 

Do I qualify to practice under any country’s licensure after completing the diploma?

Your diploma does not allow you to operate as a licensed therapist in any country and you cannot register as a qualified counsellor. This programme equips practicing Christians for lay and peer caregiving in churches and communities.

Do you provide any form of certification? 

A certificate from LifeWalk Institute is only provided to students who complete all sixty-six credit hours of the diploma program. A certificate indicates that the student has completed the coursework with a passing grade.

Who are the teachers?

SLC collaborates with Global Mosaic International, Inc. (GMI), USA which provides the curriculum for our school. GMI collaborates with two universities in the USA to provide field experience courses for graduating MA and Ph.D. students in the Counseling and Coaching tracks.

How long does it take to complete the diploma?

The duration will depend on the individual student's ability and motivation. However, completion of the diploma program should take between 4 and 6 years.
